　　Beijing investigated and dealt with the case of a post bar in Baidu spreading obscene pornographic cartoons.

After investigation, from April 2014 to January 2019, Baidu Post Bar Channel’s "Forced Top Device Bar" provided online comics that promoted obscene and pornographic content that induced minors to imitate, violate social morality and commit crimes. In February 2019, the Beijing Cultural Market Administrative Law Enforcement Corps ordered Baidu to correct the illegal acts within a time limit and imposed an administrative fine of 20,000 yuan. At present, Baidu deletes the comics involved and closes the corresponding post bar.

At present, the "Working God Assistant" App has been ordered to correct the illegal behavior, the "Red Fruit Reading" website and App have been shut down, and the two companies have been fined for administrative punishment.

　　In January 2019, according to the clue of the national office of "eliminating pornography and illegal publications", the office of "eliminating pornography and illegal publications" in Jiangxi Province deployed Nanchang Cultural Law Enforcement Brigade to investigate and deal with it. After investigation, Jiangxi Longluo Network Technology Co., Ltd. developed the online game "Sword Fighting the World", which was launched on October 28, 2018 without obtaining the version number. As of November 14, 2018, the illegal business income was 20,690 yuan. In accordance with relevant regulations, Nanchang Cultural Law Enforcement Brigade ordered the company to immediately go offline and delete the game, and imposed an administrative penalty of a fine of 100,000 yuan.

　　In December 2018, cultural law enforcement officers in Bozhou City, Anhui Province inspected and found that the game "Yu Xiang" and "Super Killing the Walking Dead" operated by a network technology company was suspected of providing content that promoted obscenity and pornography and violated social morality, and the city’s "anti-pornography and illegal publications" department quickly investigated and dealt with it. In January 2019, the law enforcement department ordered the network technology company involved to make immediate corrections, and imposed an administrative penalty of confiscation of illegal income and a fine of 10,000 yuan.

　　Shanghai investigated and dealt with the case of pornographic information in winter vacation homework, a private SMIC middle school.

　　In January, 2019, the "anti-pornography and illegal publications" department in Shanghai immediately carried out a check on the media’s report that the English winter vacation homework of Shanghai Private SMIC School was "pornographic". After investigation, winter vacation homework English (NJ) [Grade 8] is an illegal publication with prohibited content and obscene content, which was published by Shanghai Oriental Laser Education and Culture Co., Ltd. without publication qualification. The Municipal Cultural Market Administrative Law Enforcement Corps punished the company according to law, confiscated all publications involved and imposed a fine; For the illegal acts of publishing publications containing prohibited contents, its "Publication Business License" shall be revoked. The printing unit Shanghai Great Wall Drawing Printing Factory and the issuing unit Shanghai Lianchen Book Co., Ltd. involved in the case were handled separately according to law.

　　Nanjing, Jiangsu investigated and dealt with the case of publishing obscene novels on the Chinese website of Reading Ming.

　　Recently, according to the clue of the national office of "eliminating pornography and illegal publications", the office of "eliminating pornography and illegal publications" in Jiangsu Province deployed the Nanjing cultural law enforcement department to investigate and deal with the case. After investigation, Nanjing Yueming Culture Communication Co., Ltd. engaged in online publishing services without obtaining the Network Publishing License. Since January 2017, an obscene novel has been published on the open Reading Chinese website. The novel takes the campus as the scene and openly promotes obscene and pornographic content. In November 2018, the novel was ordered by the law enforcement department to be immediately removed. On January 15, 2019, Nanjing Cultural Market Comprehensive Law Enforcement Corps ordered Yueming Company to stop its online publishing activities, and imposed an administrative penalty of confiscating the computer mainframe involved and fined 50,000 yuan.

　　Hebei Hengshui cracked the case of spreading obscene articles on the website of Lolita Bar Forum.

　　At the end of 2018, the public security organ of Jizhou District, Hengshui City, Hebei Province successfully detected a case. After investigation, in May 2018, Zhou Moumou established the website of Lolita Bar and served as an administrator, uploading obscene pornographic videos downloaded from the Internet to different sections of the website, and netizens can watch or download them online after paying. It has been identified that there are 168 obscene videos in the website of Lolita Bar and 254 obscene videos in the website of card issuing platform. At present, the police have arrested six suspects and the case is under further investigation.

　　The person in charge of the national office of "combating pornography and illegal publications" pointed out that the spring school year is just around the corner, all localities will especially strengthen the rectification of the cultural environment around primary and secondary schools, comprehensively inspect bookstores, newspaper stalls, stationery stores, electronic product repair shops and other places, and strictly investigate and deal with all kinds of illegal and harmful children’s publications and information, so as to create a healthy and good cultural environment and atmosphere for the start of primary and secondary schools.
